Create a Shopping cart for website

**Shopping cart to website.** Need to create a Shopping cart for the Website. <[login to view URL]> We are using CCNOW, need to get the shopping cart to work with CCNOW. PHP, JSP is the preferred language. During the sale we would like to add some upsell too. Need someone who can code the pages so that we can have an upsell. **Please let us know how much time you'll require and the cost for the work.** We have a merchant account in CCNOW. The shopping cart, will list all the products on the website, & instead of transferring to CCNOW, everytime the visitor clicks on the buy now button , it will list in this shopping cart. Once they clicks on checkout the complete details would be transfered to CCNOW shopping cart and then the sales would be completed there. During the sales we also want to have some upsells. When the customer clicks on checkout, at this point of time we give them some offers. Like for Ex. if the visitor is buying 1 weight loss product we offer, we offer some other product and give 20% off on both the products together, something like this. To test the working of the present website checkout process use "Test" keyword in the box for Credit card, if you put your CC details the amount will be deducted. The site is up and running, and the transactions will be considered as product orders. **This is an urgent requirement so please send in your inputs.** You can chose any programming language you preferred, but you need to explain why you want to use the script lang. Your feedback, would be taken into consideration. About CMS. At the moment all the products are listed in CCNOW, but yes later on we might need a CMS so suggestions & feedback for that are also invited. We need advanced tracking system on the website. Not now but later on. Suggestions are invited. Need someone who can code the site.
