ADO Database Program

I need a program that will do the following: 1. I should be able to click and drag a file (see attached) to the program and the program will parse the URL address from each "url=" sections and put it in an MDB database. (see attached) 2. In several textboxes, I should be able to put in someones Name, Website Address, (using a DTPicker) a start and end date. This will then update the MDB database from #1. 3. When I select the record in the database that is shown in a flexgrid, I should be able to click CREATE and the program will create a PERL document and inserting the parsed URLs into the newly created perl document (see attached). 4. If 4 URLs are parsed, then there needs to be 4 seperate PERL documents created. If 5 are parsed, then 5 need to be made and so on. The database record should be updated as to how many .pl files were created and what directory they were stored in. 5. This database should be able to be updated and edited as see fit. 6. The saved .pl files should have the ability to be saved in whatever directory I choose with the persons First Name in the database record as the filename. 7. For added ease, if the .pl files can be run (opened and executed) by this VB application from a command button, that would be great. If this is possible, then the program should record opening and running these files and save the date/time/how many files were opened and run. 8. Please see attached for further instructions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform win vista
