I am looking for a program that will capture phone numbers and possibly names from a caller ID modem and then go to "Google" and retrieve their mailing information and save this in a database.
Along with this information there should be a field for call history. This would be a continuing text box that would record the date and time of the first and any additional calls from that number and allow for notes to be added at that time.
If a person calls back more that one time, it should pop up a window with their information and history screen.
I have a machine with two modems and two phone lines. One line is connected to the internet most of the time and the other line has the caller-id information. The actual "Google" search can be done on command or automatically if connected to the Internet.
