Custom Event for FrontPage Com Add-in

I need someone to write some Visual Basic Code that will add a new event to the list available in the [url removed, login to view] Object Library. The event is not available at this time. The event should fire whenever a change has been made to an individual NavigationNode or to the entire NavigationNode system itself. The programmer needs to be familiar with VisualBasic 6, Com, Office Automation, Creating custom events, Microsoft FrontPage, and the Microsoft FrontPage Application Library and it's objects. This shouldn't be a large project for someone who knows how to do this sort of thing, so I will need it to be finished very quickly. If everything works properly the programer will be paid immediatly.
