Debugging, Installation with .NET Framework

We need someone who can fix the follwing issues with our software. The most difficult of these issues involve loading .txt, .doc, and .pdf files into our program.
1. Include .net framework [url removed, login to view] into the Installation setup or fix the program so that it will work with a different framework and include that one into the setup. With any other framework the program currently won't load .txt files.
2. Our program currently requires Adobe 7.0 professional to load .pdf files, we either need this version to be included into setup or we need our program to be modified so that it works with a different version of Adobe and then include that version within the setup.
3. Fix the program so that when it installs it puts a shortcut to the folder named "Vining-Hartness Company".
4. Several programmers worked simultaneously on different parts of the program and when we combined the work we got build errors. The coder who takes the job is required to fix these errors. The versions that were combined will be available to the coder who take this job.
5. We added paypal to our 1and1 website and now our web database no longer works. We need someone to repair it.
6. Include a folder named CBMs to the "Vining-Hartness Company" folder and make that the default location for loading .txt files within the program.
7. Our program currently requires Microsoft Office Xp 2003 to load .doc files. Few people have this version and so we need the program to be modified so that it will work with Microsoft Word 2000.
Because of the size of the program which after the .net framework is included will be 150-200 mb it is required that the coder have a fast internet connection (no dial up)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
