Default Homepage Changer

This is what I need. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ This new IP Scanner Software Type in a combination of numbers into the software whilst on the internet and the software will remotely change peoples Default Homepage on their browser who are logged in to that IP address. This software can be used by anybody running Windows on their computer. Get unlimited amounts of traffic to your site each day. Unless they change their homepage back to the original URL (many don´t), surfers will visit your site every time the press the HOME button on their browser. Must provide a working demo to test.
