This is a very simple project I assume with the catch that it must run on Mac OS 9.2 What I need is a program that will convert a wholesale price to an alpabetic code using the phrase "whitesugar" for the numbers "1234567890" so the price 3.99 would become "IAA" and 150.99 would be "WERAA" As stated this should be simple. I need to know the formula to input into an Appleworks Spreadsheet or have a program written that will do the same thing and be copyable to import into the spreadsheet.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thank you all for bidding. The interests shown in this project are appreciated very much. At this time however, our in-house techie thinks he found the solution to this particular problem. I will be posting additional requests in the future though so I will keep you all in mind for the upcoming coding jobs if this is alright with you. Thank you for your time and I am sorry that we were unable to award the bid to anyone at present.
