API Integration to Amazon, Ebay and other selling sites - repost

We need a developer to integrate our E-commerce system to major selling sites such as Amazon and Ebay. There are free tools to use for this however we would like this to be done with using PHP and MySQL. See example [login to view URL] Our system is written with PHP and will provide all database tables. When client uploads a product to system it should allow them to submit that product to amazon and eBay. Ideally you will be creating a METHOD that passes data from our system to EBAY or AMAZON pages. Right now we need auto submision to following Selling Sites : Ebay, Amazon The API System should be adjustable for future selling sites. When client submits product to a seller site i.e. Ebay it should monitor the product. Once the item sales on ebay, it should automatically reduce the qty and add the order to our database and also ONCE QTY Updated it should automatically reduce the QTY of AMAZON When item is submitted to eBay it should submit with selling format template for eBay. We dont have high budget for this project. There is free tools available, You can use codes from there however it should be PHP, Jquery and MySQL Any candidate response without this messages will be rejected no matter their skills.
