Additional Client Dashboard Modules

We have a pre existing client dashboard that I need to add features into. The current dashboard is custom made and powered by php with a mysql dashboard. The project will require at least 3 client dashboard pages to be created as well as the admin pages to power the client dashboard pages. In addition to the creating of the new pages there will be a few pages that will need to be modified to support the additional functionality. Client Dashboard Page 1: News Feed - This page will contain a news feed with several different types of status updated. This will not be a live news feed. This news feed will need to be powered by admin page where an admin can update the news items. The default feed page will feature 10 items, but there needs to be a link to show all the news options with page nation at 25 news items. Client Dashboard Page 2: Bulletin Page - Client will be able to update a bulletin message. When this message is updated the admin must be notified via email/on the admin dashboard so the admin can post the bullet message. Also on the bulletin page, there need to be an indication of if the bulletin has been published by the admin. There are about 20 places the bulletin will be [login to view URL] admin needs to have the ability to update each of these places and the status on the client page needs to reflect that the bulletin has been posted. When a new bulletin has been posted, the status of all 20 of these places needs to be reset until the admin updates them. Client Dashboard Page 3: Status Monitor - This page will monitor about 20 different items. Each item will have a name/icon/message/status plus 1 or 2 more optional details such as star rating. Admin need to be able to change the status of each of these items and the changes need to be reflected in the feed. On the admin in addition to the functions on the Client Dashboard, the system will need to be able to monitor incoming mail messages for the admin to be able to updated to any statuses/newsfeed/bulletins. We are thinking about using sendgrid to route the incoming mail using their API, but we are willing to consider additional options. Updating each of the Dashboard pages from the admin side will be a simple form fill. We have template files created in photoshop for the client dashboard, and a preexiting dashboard in place. We have have an existing admin dashboard in place, but you will need to design how these additional functions looks and feel.
