Adsense wordpress site

Looking for a professional Google Adsense website creator that is able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $5 -10 per day.

You can choose the niche and suggest the domain name which I will purchase and host.

You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using Wordpress or Joomla.

Site MUST adhere to the following :

- Domain name search

- Provide overview plan before starting the project

- Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 50 articles (Optional) but at least 30-40 articles that are not published yet

++++ UNIQUE means unique (copyscape passed)

- Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently

- SEO Marketing as required

- Must generate $25 per day

- WordPress or Joomla based WEBSITE

- Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE 100%

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Welcome to add any related CB products as long as it doesn't distract from Adsense ads too much

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Not Autoblogs

- Must Be Adsense optimized

The bidder should consider the following points:

• Tell me how your going to direct and increase traffic to the website.

• Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked) I will be installing Histats so its gonna be impossible to try and trick me.

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) and profitable

Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
