Advanced re-design and updating of existing Joomla site

Hi, I have an existing up and running site built upon Joomla 1.5 but with lots of manual written code. Now it's time to update this site with the latest Joomla version, a completely new design and some new gmap and facebook integrations. The site uses primary Mosets Tree. Important for this re-design is that it runs smooth on mobile devices. The main points include: - Creating new template based on mockups that I will provide. - Integrate so that listings show on a gmap (for example different hotels in one map) - Create new and nicely working ajax search. - Be very careful so that existing urls, titles and meta describtions wont change - Integrate possibility to register as Facebook user - Transfer existing data to the new site - Integrate new image rotator that does not use Flash - Make sure the CSS and layout is the same all over the site, articles, listings etc. - Create new log in function - Really dig in to details so everything runs smooth on the site - Update booking calendar and affiliate links which now is hard-coded into the Mosets tree component. - Make a searchable GMAP with all listings on the site.
