Alpha Version of a Crowdfunding Portal for a Non-Profit Organization

We are looking to develop a customized crowdfunding portal, similar to Kickstarter or Indiegogo. At this point, we are not looking for a complete website, but for an alpha version with the possibility to extend another offer to complete the website at a later stage. Website and graphic design work will be required. If you are in interested in the position, please attach examples of your previous work and a design proposal document. It should have the proposed development language, framework, testing schedule, timelength of project,etc. Please also tell us how long you really need to work? Only apply if you can demonstrate previous completed work in the crowdfunding industry. Main skill requirements: 1. PHP / MySQL developer - easily extendable code complying with international naming conventions 2. framework - expertise in ruby on rails would be nice. 3. HTML / CSS developer - Exp in HTML / CSS standards - W3C compliance - Compatibility with latest browsers 4. Paypal APIs - Exp in Paypal adaptive payment API 5. Familiarity with some of the Content Management Solutions (Drupal, Joomla, etc...) that can be leveraged to build a crowdfunding platform 6. Integration with Facebook login and social media sharing mechanism 7. Website community management by enabling users to interact with each other through messaging and a social online community (friends, followers, etc...)
