Anyone with experience of Facebook 'like' or Tweet buttons?

I have tried countless Facebook 'like' buttons but always encounter the same problem, whereby when I click 'like' it then shows the link on Facebook as specified but fails to use the correct thumbnail image and post description. Having failed to have any luck with any such buttons or plugins, I have now opted to go for the 'Social Media Tracking Plugin' and now also have the awkward issue of every social media button brings up a comment box first before posting on to the Social media site in question. I want all these to work automatically without any comment boxes. So, to summarise this is a two part job: 1.> All posts need to automatically select a thumbnail and description for use in Social Media sharing. 2.> All Social Media buttons need to work automatically without any comment boxes (except Facebook 'share' which is currently disabled).
