Basic website

I am a sole trader I want a basic website - couple of pages max, simple, low cost. My friend is creating a logo for me (just my name). I want a few images in with the text. I bought a web domain name from 123-reg on instant site. Did not realise that for the one off payment I do not get the FTTP (sorry this may be incorrect abbreviation). If I carry on with 123-reg and go for more than one page + photos etc this will cost a fee each month. I want to pay a one off fee and have it all sorted, however ideally I want to use that domain name so not sure what to do. Whichever domain name I end up with I want to use it as my work email. I want to be able to reply to email enquires using this same email address (so not my personal address). I wish to pay a one off fee for a professional, yet simple and low cost website, which can be updated if necessary - i.e. for a smaller payment I could ask the website builder to edit it, or better still we have a mac so could do this using ipage or whatever the i mac website software is. I hope this all makes sense. Thank you.
