Build a Website Using Our Already Exsisted SQL Server Database

I understand that you need a website created based on ASP.NET and SQL; the user should log in and be able to manage a users table, being able to ADD, Update, delete or edit users; I'm sorry but I didn't clearly understand what point #4 was referring to. As a .NET web-developer I have experience with all the needed microsoft technologies, I can work with ASP.NET MVC 4, EntityFramework ( communication with DB) , SQL, Management Studio, and front-end technologies like HTML/CSS, jQuery, AJAX - also have experience in working with Bootstrap which is an open-source library for creating attractive, simple, responsive user interface - which I think would be ideal for this project (as I don't assume you already have a design? or need anything fancy). Hello, I'd like to help you on this! I have a vast experience with .Net/SQL/Web development. My understanding is the implementation of reports is not in the scope of the project, only the web interface, credentials management, authorization and along with user/credential management, linking reports to users (existing ones). In placing my bid I also assume the existing reports will need to be protected (authorization here also) so only the authorized users may access them (eg real protection, not just only displaying their links/URLs to the appropriate users). I will write the site using C#, with a modern (bootstrap) template and MVC4, then integrate any report viewer control in use into it. You will receive a Visual Studio 2013 project and deliverables (sources) adhering to industry standards and best practices as well as sufficiently commented (maintainable code). Additionally I will be available going forward for any future additions/modifications.
