Build a Website based off premade wire frame - repost

To build a website similar to myfitnesspal.com. Users will create accounts, input activities and numerical data that we will keep track of, and be converted into graphs. I have a wireframe that i would like to build off of. Pages Welcome - introduce them to the concept and how it works. allow log in/ create account. paragraph on "About & Goal of the website" Home - add activity, enter their data, view past data in in numerical/graph form. Show friends list/people doing similar things Videos - Where only i can post (from youtube) Avatar Items - Points can be earned when activities are completed or missions completed. "Shop" using points earned People will be able to add friends and check others data I would like someone who has good communication skills, patience and will iron out the details with me to make the best product.
