Application decription; This application sells hours for consultants. Users buy billable hours which the consultant will write off from their assinged users. We need you to develop a portal/platform based upon opensource which can handle following actions: - 3 different types of login: admin, user and consultant - 2 different type of front pages: webshop and login portal - 2/3 different types of dashboards: admin dashboard AND user/consultant portal - The application sells hours for consultants. There is a variaton of costs/hour based upon consultant, location, online consultancy (skype/email) and type of work. - newsletter to users script Please check attachments for FR per user Please note following minimum requirements per user: ADMIN - Full control over content, UI - Full control over all users data - Full control over newsletters - Full control over webshop USER - some simple contact data (name/adres/pc+place/email) - automated billing hours deducted from total hours bought - automated billing hours added when new hours bought - automated emails with payment link to webshop when billing hours reach a given minimum - from USER UI login link to webshop OR visa versa (user is already logged in, so no extra login) - contactinformation about the assigned consultant (skype/email/tel) - Users will determine from which consultant they want to buy hours CONSULTANT - Only assigned USER (clients) visible in UI - Worked hours for each user - automated emails to CONSULTANT and ADMIN when available hours per USER reach a given minimum - Weekly/Monthly overview billable hours, detailed with each USER Design: responsive (pc, laptop, pad and mobile Present database SQL -> migration of data in new DB We need a total price for design, development and delivery. Testing will be done by third party. Also, your offer contains the following price and timeline per development/delivery: - Proposed opensource CRM - UI frontend (users + consultants) and backend (admin) - Webshop - Newsletter script incl. UI backend (admin) - Datamigration old->new DB (if needed)
