The Engineers working on this site should have a minimum of 7 years experience as the tech lead with most engineers not having less than 3 to 4 Years experience. We can give you references to our ability to pay and to get you paid. We do not pay money up front. Please do not apply if this is what you are expecting. We will pay you 25% milestone when the job is 1/3 complete, 35% when job is 2/3 complete, and 40% final payment when site is fully completed.
