CLOUD PHOTO PLATTFORM

Hello, everyone I need a programmer, because I have a client who wants to have a recreational park for Kids, he have a lot of this parks,so he needs to upload pictures to a website and then customers can download it, me a designer I need a control panel, that I am able to add units,to see how many photos every unit is uploading,usernames , I need that my clients will be able to create usernames for the employees and passwords, then the employees will able to create usernames ,this should be a plattform throught my servers with ip/photokids only available in the network of the enterprise. to upload photos , bring from the folder in the pc,and upload , to the username that the employees create to their customers, the website needs to have a login page ,Create account ,insert name ,2 last names,email , username and password what the employees gave to the customers,and a verification email. click on the link and get in to their photos.,so when the customer go the website and login with the password,that the employees create and username the customer will able to see their [login to view URL] idea is to use a cloud server from Rackspace, THANKS IF you have any questions please ask.
