Centred Website - Encyclopedia - Hidden Truth

The website will be an encyclopaedia of information from tons of sources and evidence. The pages will need to stretch but the whole site must be centred with a button menu on the left and a bar for free adverts maybe on the right. It must be easy for maybe 5 or 6 people with no knowledge of web design to post news. I know I'm not asking much ;) but any profits generated from this site will be handed straight to groups like the 911 first responders and other organisations.
