Complete Travel Website for my City

The main focus of the web-site is renting out hotel rooms and renting out appartments (single room, multiple room) for business and leisure travellers, visiting my city.
Several photos for every (hotel-)room/appartment (max. 10 photos each) might be kept in DB, price range ($),
amendments (appartments only): # of rooms (numerical), private bath (bool), private toilette(bool), telephone(bool), internet(bool), washing machine (bool), dish washing machine(bool), (5 reserves_bool, 3 reserves_numerical, 3 reserves_textual provided for future expansion of DB), verbal description (text) etc.
Clients can browse DB of hotels/appartmens according to different search criteria:
- price
- number of rooms (appartments only)
Clients have to send a reservation request using integrated email services. This email-service has to have a simple calendar funtion to indicate the reservation period. Client has to supply name, adrs, etc. as well, of course.
Additional services (airport transfere, taxi, excursions etc.) upon special request by email. Mail functions available on the respective pages (mail to be sent using simple form)
Please, note that there have to be several additional pages included containing lots of special infos about my city.
General structure of web-site attached. Web-site has to be in English and German Language.
Supplier first has to prepare DB-design; after approoval development of site can proceed.
Payment transactions not part of the task.
The basic template for the web site is already available (Photoshop files + HTML-files).
The DB of appartments/hotels has to be kept using mySQL. Modifications of DB must be done using phpMyAdmin.
