Contact Manager Application

Hello I have this small computer and network company in south Florida USA and I need a web application where I can store costumer information including contact details and costumers equipment’s and configurations like server type, computers type, routers, IP address, user names, passwords and more. Please take a look at this iPhone application [login to view URL] This application is perfect, the only concern that I have for not to use this app is because all the data will be stored somewhere in a remote server and I need to have all my data in my own servers. Please note that I will be using this application 80% of the time from my iPhone so I need the design to be mobile and pc base with easy to use and simple and nice graphics like the ones in the above link. Thank you Note: My budget for this project is low because I will not make any profit from this, it will only be used by me to make my job easy.
