Convert a Template to a Website

looking for a good front end developer to work by budgets to projects which come in as i progress with my internet project called Cynet Web Solutions. i am looking for some one loyal and that i can trust, quick and efficient and at the same time affordable for me for the present moment. already few projects and tasks on the line will do interviews to whom i think i can get along with been trying for few months already to find "the one" who can keep up with the speed as a pre-qualification here is a task to help me know if you are in my frequency or not 1. this is the company's website which is in construction [login to view URL] - give innovative and creative suggestions on how to make it more attractive and efficient to use it as lead collector. as a note i will mention that there is already 6 clients in the company and there is the need to create the sortable portfolio in there as well as add the zopim live chat which works in hebrew unless a better option is suggested to implant instead, at the given moment i have a code which needs to be implanted into the pages in which the chat window should appear in which is all of the website. this is the just to begin with... dont forget to give me the cost for this of course be logical im expecting low costs still as i am in the lift up process. my target is reaching a flow of 10-15 website productions a month, i know it sounds out of the reality but i do believe me and my team can make it happen i just need the right tools to be able to construct... good luck Johnny Cyan
