Convert from Joomla to html/css ASAP

Hi I have a site c a p t c h a k i l l e r s . c o m that needs to be changed from joomla to html/css/flash etc. U only have to worry about the design no databases. there will be a user statistics page that will be integrated to my server that will be taken care of by another party so u dont have to worry about the user login portion or there account details. I just need all the pages converted. Also I would like to still have the rotating flash box on the home page as part of the new site is this possible? [login to view URL] would be great if I could have a team work on this to get it done very quickly since mostly everything on the backend has been completed. 3.
