Good morning.. Here my suggestions. I checked your site, it takes some time to load. That is terrible. We need to avoid this first. We have to use sprite base graphics for this. And i don't think heavy background images are not best way. I can use jquery UI for get better way than this. And i planed to change color theme according to your logo. Finally i suggest mobile compatible web site too. I know how to do it well and waiting for your response to start. Thanks
