Create an eCommerce shop using WP-eCommerce Plugin

Sites to work on: • [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Summary: The project is to create an eCommerce shop using WP-eCommerce Plugin. Customize functionalities and design to have a good looking ecommerce shop to replace their current shop (using XTCommerce) running on [login to view URL] - Create Basic Wordpress theme for the main site instead of using PageLine - No new design will be provided - This task will only create a Basic wordpress theme of the existing current design by replacing the PageLines theme - New Theme also will be Responsive Works Involved: • Create a new Design for the Shop. Maintaining the same outer frame of the main site but design the content area as good than the competitor/reference sites. • The new design should be responsive. • Integrate the WP-eCommerce plugin to the site • Modifications/customization in WP-eCommerce plugin to match the requirement and to have the look and feel of the new design. • Add functionality to show “Related Products” section in each product page. • Magnifier function to be added in Product detail page for every image. • Product should support multiple images. • Should have provision to support 'N' number of Product atrributes for each product. • MaxCDN to be integrated with the system. • Should have provision to set Dynamic pricing per product based on the product quantity included in each purchase. • Should have provision to Sort product listing based on few fields. • Should have provision filter the products listing based on criterias like: 1) Price Range 2) Categories 3) Selected Product Attributes • Add “WP-eCommerce in your language” Conditions: • WPML is not required • If there are any major bugs found in the free “WP-eCommerce” plugin, then those bugfixing are not included in our current estimate. • The new system is to replace the current “XT-Commerce” system and we don't need to maintain the current system after our new implmentation. • No other tasks other than specified above are required. • Once we made the customization, it wont be possible to upgrad the WP-eCommerce plugin via Admin backend. • We will be using Paypal Pro Payment gateway. So the API credentials to be provided by client. • Not required to migrate the existing Products from the current “[login to view URL]” to the new system. Categories, Products & other data will be added by Hilite team. • The two optional features needs to be done only after the deployment of core features, to make the faster delivery of the system. • There are no provision in customer account is available in WP-eCommerce plugin for the customers to view 1) Order History 2) Order Status, etc.. The available option is “WP e-Commerce user roles and purchase history” plugin, which only list the purchase history in User profile. No other customization is available in that area. • A customer is not required to create a user account (register) in order to make the purchase. • We don’t need to develop any One-Click checkout functionality as given in the reference site ([login to view URL]). But will be using the One-Page Checkout functionality available in WP-eCommerce, with modification in styles to look better. No other functionality changes required. • 301 from each old product page to new pages
