Custom Software (a siri or jarvis guide and sales rep for or site)

Hi all, We are looking at creating a learning and interaction software, for and HTML5 e commerce site... It should react to voice commands. Primary function is to help user navigate site or its products and answer any question relating to product/service which can be answered with content from site or wiki (without leaving page or redirecting costumers to external pages)..... Were a request is not understood question is passed to a rep vi chat to follow up on query. It will be linking to data based in order to give registered users a personal feel... It will activity seek to capture costumer info that is not in data base, and work to hence the back-end tools.. (like a siri or jarvis guide and sales rep for or site). In short users must love it, helpful but funny, almost alive. An animation of the white 3D stick-man in our logo should be used as avatar... (we are very big on media animation and user experience )
