Custom built PC site

Hi I am looking for a Web designer to make a site where the customer can choose different elements and design their own custom desktop pc. All available parts will be displayed on the site and the customer will choose which parts they want for thier computer the results will then be sent to me to then build the machine. I must be able to add and remove stock easily so a content management system needs to be used to edit the parts available on the site. Include the code "noonle" in your bid to he considered.
