Customize Shopify Interface with Liquid

Hi, We are looking for somebody to help me customize the Shopify interface with Liquid. Essentially I need to remove the prices from the product catalog and change the shopping cart to work as a "quote cart". This is a B2B sales site, so the prices for each product is defined after the whole product request has been submitted by the client. I also need to translate the language, so I need the freelancer to provide me all the words that can be customized, and I will provide the translation in the new language.
