Customize phpprolance

We need the following changes and features done to the phpprolance. Please ask all questions and provide a realistic turn-around time. Please note, we've made a comprehensive list of the edits we need, most of these are simple edits: Registration- Add extra steps for coder registration (below) Coder registration- remove county Add phone field (not shown on profile) Add fax field (not shown on profile) Change Postcode to zipcode move zip code below address US default country remove hourly rate field Checkboxes for category and subcategories with option to select all subcategories in each category Buyer Registration- Remove county US default country remove profile fields Change Postcode to zipcode move zip code below address US default country remove hourly rate field my account page- edit buyer and coder myaccount accordingly remove buyer activity from coders page and vice versa remove advertising activity Display buyer or coder activity along with any account alerts on myaccount page when logged in Watchlist option for coder only Post project: Remove "($0.00 cost)." from post new project on project post page Add live chat box on the page on the project post page so users having touble posting projects can communicate with admin/support Make drop-down menus for category and subcategory (that changes according to category selected) on the project post page Add check box for features on the project post page (option to manage features via admin) Add "Completion/Delivery date" Option so buyers can select when they want the project completed (add pop-up calendar ) optional or have coder suggest Add Sealed Bids option (sealed from all users except the buyer) Add NDA Option- we'll provide a sample NDA that both coder and buyer can fill out and sign which will be attached and posted on the project message board- if selected, a pre and post NDA description is needed so providers will see the pre NDA description until they sign the NDA when they'll see the post NDA description Add pop-up if exit without project post- (content of pop-up management via admin) Admin Edits: Option to change security question options in admin Option to add drop down menus with different values for each category/subcategory from admin Coders registration options: Add option to upgrade to premium membership during coder registration Add portfolio option so coders can create folders and upload, pics, zipped files, html, etc to each folder. Add fields for certification and upload field so coders can specify what certifications and degrees they hold and upload them for our review - option for user to add extra fields Project handling/Escrow- Setup merchant account and credit card fields to accept payment via cc from coders (for fees) and from buyers (for escrow) Give buyers option to deposit funds to escrow after project is awarded remove "remove bid", "Bid select" option after a project has already been awarded and accepted - so once a project is awarded and coder accepts, no retractions can happen and no other bids can be placed or accepted. Coder ranking system- Enhanced rating system with options to add specific categories to rate coder on from the admin (i.e. adherence to schedule, communications, etc) Each coder's profile should display the following: * Overall coder's rank (calculated from a score given based on the items below - similar to ranking system on RAC) * Member since * Number of projects completed * Number of projects incomplete * Total earnings * Average and total ratings for each rating category Other: when an error occurs, keep the data on all fields on the project post or registration page When login is required, refer back to the initial desired page. (i.e. when a user clicks on the post a project, they're asked to login, when they login, they should be taken to the post project page)
