Design Classifieds Site from Joomla Template

I need a Joomla classifieds template from Template Plazza to be configured for my networking group. I need this to be done by June 15 at the very latest - if you can't meet this deadline DON'T BID!
You need to have a development site area capability. Our current URL is live and we will need you to give us the template back for us to upload to the hosting company.
Skills you should have are....
1. Able to project manage your development of the site and ask for content and direction when needed. Poor communicators or people who communicate infrequently are not desirable. We want someone who will help us manage the task of getting this done, not someone else we have to manage.
2. You must be able to manipulate images for backgrounds, logos, and other things to create an appealing design. You need to have graphic design software to complete this task. We do not have all the necessary software and will rely on you to have it.
3. You must have examples of your work that you can show us. People who simply reply that they are interested will not be considered. You must provide a portfolio with a live finished Joomla site example.
We have most of the content ready and some of the template is already finished. We will zip the file and send it to you. Then it will be your job to make the site attractive and coordinate the refining of the details.
You will be responsible for driving the deadline of June 15. If you have too many projects already, please don't apply. We want someone who is dedicated to providing personalized, prompt, and complete service.
