Develop An Outsourcing Classifieds

I would like to come up with a free IT and ITES Outsourcing Classifieds. Its free for both the Buyer and Provider at this point. Both Buyer and the Provider must log in to either post the project or to view the projects posted. The Buyer is allowed to have only one active project, the period for which the project is displayed would be 3/7/14/30 days, and the client can choose either one of the period. There must be an option for the buyer to extend the current project. The Closed Project must be archieved and shown in the Buyer work area and an option must be given to activate the closed project at any given time. Please keep in mind the Buyer could have only one active project at any given time. For Buyer and Provider, while collecting user information, First and Last Name, Email are mandatory, where as Company name, Address, Phone and Fax are optional. For Provider, A Provider can all projects posted in any Category, but the Provider must be allowed to see only 5 contact information of the Buyers. Please PM with the list of sites you developed.
