Develop Php-based Image-Gallery software

I need an experienced php-programmer to add a number of features and fix a number of bugs in the open-source php-based image-gallery software called phpgraphy. (See phpgraphy [login to view URL]) I've included an 8-page document detailing the bugs and features, please look it over. The main changes are: -New sort and display options -Allow users to download galleries as a zip-file from outside of the folder -Allow users to view newest images/folders, last-commented images, and top-rated images in sub-folders. -Add image and folder tagging functionality -Add index-based search functionality, allowing users to search for folders and images, with different sort options, and within certain directories. -Comment filter. -Several minor display bugs. Most of the main bug-fixes are about increasing compatability with some member's section software. Because my site is very large (contains a massive number of folders / images) and gets a ton of traffic, CPU-efficiency is a top priority. Please keep in mind: 1. No thoughtless/generic bids! Read over the project specifications before bidding! 2. Be 100% sure you can actually complete the project before bidding! I'm tired of people accepting my project, and then quitting a month later when they realize they actually don't know what they're doing. 3. Learn to speak english before bidding!
