Need a profile/database driven recruitment website built from scratch. Must be functional and easy to administrate. There are 4 main aspects to the website. Profiles: a few photos with some personal information and employment history. resume upload, maybe video and audio upload. Profile created by using lots of drop down boxes , all attributes of the profile must be searchable and searchable with combinations. Posts: Jobs posted by companies which then send text, email alerts to profiles which have the specific attributes that match the job Jobs: Each company will have a login to view the response to jobs posted and then respond to applicants via text and email. Subscription and payment: Ability to make payment for profile. Admin: must be easy to edit and disable profile. easy to edit jobs posted. All user area's - profiles and job posting etc must be on the front end of site. more details provided in reply to pm's I need this site built within 7 days, must be built on our test server, and we must have login access to check development.
