build a landing site

I need a webdesigner to create a 4 page minisite (sales funnel). I attach an exact design of all 4 pages. The 1st page is a simple signup form with two fields, name and email, they are then automatically emailed a free report when they submit these details. The 2nd page is a 10 minute video presentation, towards the end of the video an add to cart button should pop up. If they click add to cart they are taken to a checkout with a payment form that takes credit card and paypal. Lastly they are taken to the 4th page which has a download for the free book and a short message. I have designed the site exactly as i would like it to be created so it is important that you are able to work from a design and make sure everything looks as specified and works smoothly. You will be in contact with my project manager who will help you solve problems should they arise and answer your questions. It is important that you have good communication skills. The site must be built using HTML and must be tested before launch ensure that it does not contain any bugs. You will also be in contact with my database programmer who will help you link the purchases to shipment. You should be able to complete a first draft of the site within 5 days and make any final changes within 2 more days. Please do not bid unless you are definately able to complete this project fully within 7 days. If you are able to post links of other sites you have worked on or created that will be very helpful for me to decide who suits this project best.
