I need to integrate the features below into one website and would like to outsource this project.
-User registration and login
-Classifieds section
-Recipe exchanger
-discussion forums
-events calander
These are the main categories and I would like to have a user login and be able to add/delete/edit any of those categories based on their level of access.
I would even entertain layout design options if professional.
