community website creation by using ready templates and comp

need help with configuring the following: 1) I have a hosting service already 2) joomla 1.5 is already installed 3) I can use ready templates 4) I can give you any templates from [login to view URL] and any components required to be installed 5) If you can organize the components and layouts that I want to have from the templates I will fill the contents myself 6) you just need to tell me how to do it when I log into the admin module you don't have to do anything from scratch, want to reuse ready available components/modules its a community website, so need your help features will be: general front page with news items etc. (again check the website above for template examples) admin will approve users admin can create different groups for users to subscribe and contribute Admin can make some of the user contributions public for everyone users can create their own groups and invite people etc. what I am really looking for is to use ready made templates and components and put it together. this site is currently down for update and need your help quickly.
