data feed import to magento with openrange

We require a system to allow us to setup an import of supplier data feeds which can be in csv/xml/txt format. The import system needs to allow us to remap file columns to database columns for import so that all configurations can be done on the front end. These files would need to be imported daily so any setting for the import of the file would have to be saved. Once the data has been imported we would need a backend to allow us to search and lookup a product from the imported data. Giving us price, stock levels etcetera from the suppliers feeds. We also use Openrange to supply our product data, we want that data imported to a separate database, from which the products that have been imported pull their product data from. Lastly we need some data from the suppliers data feed and some from the openrange data exported to a Magento webstore.
