Hi, i need to have an online dictionary built. I don't have word database but i'll add everyday few words manually, later when you're done. So, you should tell me how to do that. you just have to build the page. -the dictionary is for swedish and a language that use cyrillic alphabet(will decide soon) -the web site will be available in both the languages' versions (i mean one can choose by clicking on the nation's flag to see the desired version) - words must be found from the either side. I mean it's like A-B, B-A -Only the admin should have right to add or delete entries. -visitors can suggest entry and can leave a message by filling out a form. -there should be spaces for banners. That's it! oh yeah, swedish language has few strange alphabets like å,ä,ö. it must be easy to choose those letters from the web site while they're typing their search word. that's very very important! I need to have this one built inexpensive as it's for charity reason. i'm just helping others! btw, i will provide translation when you need it.
