I need a website to be built in a comic format. Which should attract both children and elders. Excellent English required. The website is simple in the sense that there is no interactivity etc - it is simply a promotional and informative tool for our media business. We may require a flash intro to the site if possible(if you have a fair knowledge). Happy bidding !
