a person to do quick changes on the site

I have a client that needs few quick changes on the site, for any experienced designer this should not take more then an hour max 2. I need a quick webmaster that can do things properly and quickly, with a bit of programming knowledge also. 1) the bureau principal link in the contact us page seems to be broken, please fix it. 2) the privacy policy does not need a tab of its own, please include it in the about us subnavigation. 3) please make sure the blogs links to the website wherever you see fit. 4) the form submission still goes to my old seo, Dev Basu. please, if you can, change that so he doesnt get a copy of it. 5) Add my analytics script to each page There will be many more small tasks to do but this is the beginning Thank you
