A strong Social Engine/PHP developer

I'm looking for a freelancer who has sufficient experience to build a complex website on Social Engine. I have detailed description with detailed screenshots what I need. Main tasks that need to be done during the project: 1. Modify Social Engine modules according to the Statement of Work 2. Create additional search forms such as search members by their location (country, city), age and other. 3. Accordingly second item demands to add additional items in a member profile such as (gender, country, city, age and other) which must be specified by new users at the sign up stage or changed in their profiles later. 4. Customize and integrate a prepared design-template into the site. 5. Translate the site into the Russian language. A freelancer will be provided the translation from the employer. There are two versions of the site (Russian and English). 6. Create PC and mobile version of the site. 7. Upload the fully working site and make all needed settings on an employer's server. Price: 800$. I compared the price and I am sure that's a good offer. Pay attention (!) To avoid any conflicts, disputes or misunderstanding during the project there will be a signed contract by both sides between the employer and the freelancer where there will be all conditions. This document will also be as an evidence in case of the dispute of the milestone. Best regards!
