Astea Reports

We have Astea (Service Alliance) and Crystal Reports. We need 3 customized reports- 1. Monthly - Mean Time to repair by machine type (sorted and drill down) Failures and PM's 2. Mean time to travel by machine type (sorted and drill down) All Calls 3. Average Cost to Reapir by machine type (sorted and drill down) Breaking out Service calls, PMs, others sorted by Yearly and Monthly Proprietary costs for labor hours, travel time and necessary Astea formulas to be given to coder on acceptance of bid and waiver. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working reports (Crystal Version 9) in report form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a.) Crystal Report format with listing of fields used and links. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP,Crystal Version 9, SQL 2000 (Astea DB)
