Auto RSS Printable Article Downloader

I need a program that will download specified RSS feeds, collecting articles at an adjustable interval. Then I need the program to download the articles that the RSS feeds point to. The program must also be able modify the URL retrieved from the article and point it to the printable version of the article (mostly from news sites that have a standard change that is made to the URL to bring up the printable version).

After that it only needs to download the printable articles.
