Auto update my sites

I have a network of blogs and would like to have a program that would allow me to enter my articles/posts into a folder for each blog and then tell the program to add an article from the folders to each blog that I choose and have to automatically add the new content on a scheduled basis, the program must have a way for me to enter the urls, login name, password, title of post, assign the correct folder to pull content from, how many pieces of content to pull at a time, date to post it,and the program should let me add/delete new blogs. The goal of the program is to alllow me to take the articles I have written and setup the program to automatically add the content to the correct blog on a automated schedule so I can spend more time developing content instead of going to each blog and having to enter everything each day
