Build Website(repost)

Note, this is a repost. I have increased my maximum bid from $200 to $400. I and am looking for a creative person who responds quickly to emails, and has a decent grasp of the english language , so the communication will not be a problem. Below is a description of the work to be completed. Looking for someone to build a website for a small business selling tee shirts and musical paraphernalia and artwork. Need someone creative as I'd like the website to have the appearance of a vintage amp, and would like all the navagation buttons to look like knobs on the amp, so creative design skills would be necessary. The site will have a store which sells tee shirts, original portraits of old time musicians, and other misc items. I will also need a newsletter setup. Designer must be willing to help with design and layout, and uploading content and photographs of products. Some products will have two or more images, which need to be clickable in order to enlarge. Site will need a cart, checkout, credit card ability, as well a s paypal. Coder to work with me from beginning to end until website is a complete, fully functional comercial site ready to take orders over the web. I've attached an image of the vintage amp that will be used as the basis of the design. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I'm using an intel based mac.
