Business Administration Software

I need a program that runs on a personal computer to manage subscriptions of a soccer school and products that we sell to our subscribers. The program can be written in any program language (c++, visual basic, visual foxpro, etc.) and must do the following: - The final program will be managed by Spanish speaking people so it can either be done in Spanish or there must be a way to easily translate templates from English to Spanish. - Have a general DB with all my client's information. - Be able to add, delete, edit, etc. information of my clients through different screens. - Be able to generate reports depending o the fields I choose from my main client DB. - Point of Sales to manage recurring subscriptions and products (and their inventory). - The program must be able to warn me for several reasons such as due payments, etc. - For report viewing and printing purposes only, the program has to syncronize once a day with a webserver. No addition or editions will be made through here. - The webserver script must also be included in this project. This is just a general view of the program. More detailed information will be given when we choose a coder to work with. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be able to be installed by the Seller or Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of Windows XP and reports must be seen in any browser.
