We are looking for a simple application which will log calls from our telephone system. The app needs to be a windows app, Ideally running either on the desktop or as a service. It needs to log the calls to a coma separated file; creating a new file everyday giving it a name something like smdr-DDMMYYYY.csv.
The app needs to be written in a mainstream language to be agreed prior to the commencement of the project.
The logging can currently be done to the screen by doing the following.
Telneting to the units ip address on port 23. You will then get a logon screen see below. You need to enter a logon name, configurable within the app, then a password. Once logon you then need to telnet back to the unit on port 4001. I know a bit weird. Again see below. Once you telneted the second time you need to type <enter>, password, <enter> again to start the logging.
So the commands would be the following
telnet [login to view URL]
root
password
telnet [login to view URL] 4001
<carrage return>
password
<carriage return>
then the logging to the screen starts
Please note that we can buy a call logger for $300. I am sure this could be knocked up by a proficient coder in minutes.
We would required the source files and all copywrite to the code and it be provided in such a way as we could changed it in any way we see fit.
Below is a sample of the out which is sent to the screen.
