Canadian Mortgage - Amortization table

I need to recalculate some of the old mortgage documents with slightly different parameters. You can design your own program or even better, simply create an Excel spreadsheet OR even find an existing free application one on the internet. The formulas that are used must be for Canada. (There is a difference for mortgage calculation for the US and Canada) Attached is a file for testing. The solution must show PRECICELY the same results if the same initial parameters are entered. I need to be able to set payment term (monthly/weekly/bi-weekly etc) and compounding term (Annually/semi-annually/monthly etc) IMPORTANT: there is a condition that does not allow me to use lots of free mortgage calculators with amortization tables, which is the whole reason why I post this project here. All these calculators calculate the monthly payments for me. I need to be able to set my own monthly payments. So let us say, all calculators show that for some conditions I need to pay $[login to view URL] monthly but the actual payments were rounded and set at $410.00, therefore I need to have an ammortization table according to my actual payments of $410.00 per month. ## Deliverables create an Excel spreadsheet OR find an existing free application one on the internet that can work for my purpose or an application on .NET with the source code. ## Platform MS Excel or .NET
