Chat Support Application (Multi-Stage Project)

**Requirements ** I am looking for a programmer who is very comfortable with php/MySQL and programming windows programs to interact with online databases. They must also be able to speak English well and work well with other programmers, as I have a programmer who does my online side of things. Ability to do a job right and make your work look good as well as work smoothly is a requirement also. **The Project** The first stage will be desiging a chat application. Customers will come to our page and start a live chat (PHP/HTML Based), our staff will take the chats via a windows app. This project will have to be explained over the phone to each party interested, as it goes a little deeper then this, but I will explain thouroughly via phone conversation to ensure you have a good understanding. **Benifits** The first part of this project is to prove proof of concept for investors. If I find you work well and are a good programmer, I will highly consider brining you on as salary upon completion of investment from venture captiolist. ## Deliverables I know I have not been as detailed with this project, I prefer to describe it over phone, My main goal here is to find a trusted programmer who I work well with and follows directions very well.
